Our History
Since our founding, AVEC France has grown from a small, passionate group of individuals into a leading NGO dedicated to youth and community empowerment. Key milestones in our journey include the successful completion of numerous Erasmus+ mobilities, the launch of impactful local initiatives, and the expansion of our international partnerships. Presedent
Mehdi Affes
Represent the nonprofit association in all civil matters, sign contracts, mandates, purchases, sales, leases, and recruitment agreements. Preside over general assemblies, oversee and organize the association’s activities, and manage budgets, reimbursements, and all actions related to mobility projects.

SECRETARY GENERA
Raja Lehiani
Ensure the administrative management of the association, handle correspondence, and maintain the membership database. Communicate essential information for the association’s smooth operation, ensure compliance with statutory obligations, and manage meetings, including board and general assemblies. Organize, archive, and classify all relevant documents.

Treasurer
Med Jamel Affes
Monitor the association’s expenses and revenues, ensuring proper documentation for all transactions. Maintain a cash reserve by regularly checking the bank account and cash flow. Collect membership fees and donations, assist in preparing grant and funding applications, and prepare the financial report for the annual general assembly.

Youth Coordinator
Siwar Aloui
Lead, organize, coordinate, and evaluate various projects within the association, including animation and activity programs. Manage and arrange welcoming spaces, identify and prepare young people for mobility opportunities, and support them throughout their youth mobility projects. Handle all administrative tasks related to youth mobility, including meeting reports, evaluations, and project assessments. Oversee budgeting and resource management by requesting quotes, processing orders, tracking deliveries and invoices, and ensuring compliance with agreements.

Media and communications manager
Olfa Nacheb
Develop communication strategies and messaging in line with the organization’s goals. Oversee the implementation of communication campaigns and act as a liaison between the association and its stakeholders, including media, policymakers, the public, members, donors, and partners. Ensure the association’s visibility at events and create promotional materials such as posters and visibility assets for its projects.

Mobility manager for youth actors
Islem Kammoun
Promote international mobility programs for young people through outreach in schools, universities, training centers, and social institutions. Advocate for youth worker mobility within the Erasmus program and support their participation in Erasmus and other projects. Recruit and engage candidates for youth-focused initiatives while preparing annual activity reports on youth mobility programs.
